The vice rectorate of higher education for undergraduate level ,continuing education ,degrees and graduate level is in charge of :

1. Monitor issues related to the smooth running of teachings and internships organized by the university.
2. Ensure that the training offers presented by faculties and institutes are consistent with the university's development plan.
3. Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding enrolment, re- enrolment, knowledge control and student progress.
4. Supervise the distance learning process provided by the university and promote continuing education activities.
5. Ensure compliance with the current regulations and procedures concerning the award of degrees and equivalences.
6. Ensure the preservation and updating of the student's personal file.
